One of the great secrets of the ministry of John Wesley was the importance that he placed on education as a partner with evangelism.  Wherever the Church of the Nazarene has expanded, the training of leaders for these new churches has closely followed evangelism and church growth.  Such is the pattern and practice on the Southeast Asia Field.

Southeast Asia Nazarene Bible College was established in 1996 to facilitate the training of pastors in the Ministerial Course of Study and the provider of a Bachelor of Theology degree for Nazarene high school graduates seeking a college degree for ministry in the Church. Unlike the traditional Bible College, SEANBC operates as a network of training centers through the field.  At present, we have training centers in Bangkok, Thailand, in Maetang, Thailand, in Yangon, Myanmar and in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
